Networking is a powerful tool to boost your career not only as a means of self-promotion but also as a practice of mutual visibility and collective advancement.
Research shows that the networking strategies that work well for men do not automatically work equally well for women. This workshop helps you understand these differences and network smarter.
- Visualize and strategically develop your current network
- Develop hands-on strategies for conferences, collaborations, application processes
- Build confidence and a realistic action plan for your networking practice
