The MIN Welcome Buddy Program for prospective and new international doctoral researchers is a welcome service that aims to help prospective, newly enrolled international doctoral researchers get a good start with their research stay and everyday life in Hamburg. For this reason, we match up each doctoral researcher from abroad (Incoming Buddy) with a current Hamburg doctoral researcher(Welcome Buddy) who can make the international doctoral researcher’s arrival in Hamburg easier: email contact from the home country, airport or train station collection, city tour and campus tour (computer center, library, cafeteria, etc.).
