dynaMENT
Female doctoral students, postdocs and juniorprofessors of the MIN faculty are encouraged to apply for the popular mentoring program dynaMENT. For a period of 12 months the selected Mentees have highly confidential one-to-one sessions with experienced personal mentors from various scientific fields that are assigned to them in an individual matching-process. In addition to that they participate in networking events and various workshops. Young scientists from all partner organizations are selected for the yearly cohort.
The mentoring program dynaMENT was awarded the UHH Equal Opportunity Prize in 2023.
