StruMaG supports measures that promote equal opportunities at the MIN Faculty in form of financial support. All members of the faculty can submit applications.

Every year, the Min faculty awards ambitious female researchers with a 12-month scholarship. It is offered by the hamburg-wide program "Pro Exzellenzia" that supports women who are seeking a leading position.

The Universität Hamburg supports projects that are based on structural innovations as well as the implementation of the equality directive with the Women's Advancement Fund.

The Equal Opportunity Fund aims to provide support for projects on general equality issues in studies, teaching and research as well as measures to reduce gender-specific disadvantages.
