- At Hamburg Research Academy, you receive individual counselling regarding the postdoctoral phase and junior professorships.
- The Department 4 of the University Administration provides information on external funding applications and research management for young researchers.
- If you would like to go abroad for postdoctoral research or to come to Hamburg as an international guest researcher, the advisors for internationalization at MIN faculty will be happy to support you.
Science and family
Do you aim for a career in science and have children or family members you need to care for? The Family Office of the Universität Hamburg offers first advice and support on how to reconcile family and scientific work and can refer you to other counselling offices if necessary. FIT Newsletter
The FIT information service for science provides up-to-date information on funding for research and support for young scientists, the promotion of international scientific activities and the transfer of scientific results into practice. At a frequency of your choice, you will receive a newsletter with information on project funding, scholarships, science prizes, current calls for proposals, and more in your research field.
