Prof. Dr. Stefan Wermter from the Department of Informatics was re-elected President of the European Neural Network Society (ENNS) on September 8.

The European Neural Network Society (ENNS) has re-elected Prof. Dr. Stefan Wermter from Universität Hamburg, Department of Informatics, Knowledge Technology (WTM) as ENNS President until 2025.

The European Neural Network Society has been organizing the annual International Conference on Artificial Neural Networks since 1991 and is an association of scientists who deal with the modeling of behavioral and brain processes, develop neural algorithms, and apply neural modeling concepts for problem solving in various fields.
