Information for Supervisors of the Summer School

The summer school Ferienkurs FORSCHUNG offers high school students the opportunity to gain direct insights into cutting-edge research taking place at Science City Hamburg Bahrenfeld.

We are looking for researchers who would be willing to actively contribute to the program by:

• Giving a 1.5-hours interactive session to present or discuss their research and their career within science with students.
  • This could also include your building, office or lab.
  • Possible timeslots:
    • We. 27.8. from 10:45 am until 12:15 pm, please arrive at 10:30 am
    • We. 27.8. from 14:15 pm until 15:45 pm, please arrive at 14:00 pm
• Hosting a 30-minute lab visit on Th. 28.8. from 11:30 am to 12:00 pm.

Target group: Students aged 15 and above.

Meeting point: Haus der Lehre - Light & Schools, Building 60, Room: 1, pick up and bring back
